C - Create an environment where all people feel accepted regardless of their past or present, age, race, or sex.
A - Acquire relationships and resources to promote the gospel of the Kingdom of God in the region.
R - Reveal God's love, creativity, and power through restoration, reconciliation and ministry and by working in cooperation with other ministries to impact the community.
E - Empower believers for ministry to respond to the needs, hurts and interests of others relative to the principles of the Kingdom of God.
